Moto Guzzi V7 fast endurance ECU question

I'm deep down the rabbit hole with my Moto Guzzi V7 fast endurance, and I've been super curious about the V7 Fast Endurance series.

Does anyone know what ECU, engine map, or race bin they use for those bikes?

I'm wondering if there's an official race ECU or some kind of flash that's available for the public.

I've tried looking around, but the info is pretty sparse. Any insights would be awesome!

GCorse Racing has a kit with a standalone ECU, but it's not available to the public, just for racing series. Your second options would be the UpMap T800+ but it's for the newer models and I'm not sure if it would work with the older ones. I think 2021 and up

What I've seen and heard from the guys who actually race them is the same as what @LoudAndProud said.
The V7 Fast Endurance bikes use a specific GCorse Racing Kit, which includes a dedicated engine map.
It's not a standard Moto Guzzi factory flash you can just get at a dealership. The mapping is developed by the Guareschi brothers, who are well-known Guzzi tuners, and it's part of the whole race kit they sell.
It's not a different ECU, but a specific map they flash onto the stock unit.
This tune is designed for the racing exhaust and air filter included in the kit. You can get a hold of this map through services like UpMap, and with the right tool, you can flash it yourself.
So while it's not a factory-released flash, the race bin is definitely out there if you want to unlock that performance.

They use a standard V7 ECU with proprietary engine maps tuned for endurance performance, but the specifics aren't really released to the public, people end up doing custom ECU flashes or dyno tunes through specialists familiar with Guzzi ECUs
