My moto guzzi is dead, help!

As the title says, my bike is dead and won't start. It's a 2012 Moto Guzzi with 23k miles.

Can't hear the fuel pump prime (though never really listened for it). Getting codes about both injector grounds, which seems unlikely to be the actual injectors.

Had a coil ground issue before. Dash stayed lit after washing it recently (fixed itself after battery off). Might still be damp.

MOT fail on Thursday is why I'm here.

Other Guzzi forum wasn't super helpful, just wanted me to pay for a wiring diagram I already have and clean everything even though the injector plugs look fine. Not stripping the whole bike for that.

Swapped relays, no change in codes or starting.

Electrics ain't my strong suit. Got a power probe I barely use.

Probed the red/brown wire to injectors and fuel pump, they lit up as negative, 75 ohms resistance (no idea if that's right).

Same wire at the relay does the same, goes to 200-300 ohms when cranking.

I've checked the Injector plugs are clean. Bike's stock, never been apart much.

Only grounds I see up front are for the coils. Heard there's one behind the starter cover.

Any ideas what to check? Cheers!

Well that sounds a bit frustrating to be honest but here's what i think, to me it sounds like it's ECU trigger issue since you're not getting any noise from the pump prime. First i would recheck the main ECU ground by looking for the main wire near or on the starter motor cover. Clean it, retighten it and see if the fuel pump or injectors wake up.

Have you checked the ground connections behind the starter cover yet? That could be a potential culprit, especially if you've had grounding issues in the past. It might also help to verify if there's any moisture in the electrical connectors that could still be causing a short

That's just bad. It looks to me like you've got a ghost in the wiring, man. Maybe what you can do is chase that main ground behind the starter. They have the tendency to corrode and mess with injectors and the pump. If you still got the extra time, it also wouldn't hurt to pull and clean every relay ground pin just for your peace of mind, especially after a wash.

Hope you got this sorted already? but if you haven't yet maybe you can get someone to take a look at it. I think you need to act fast if there's rust and corrosion as it can spread easily

It's either a ground or an ECU issue. Only either of that for sure. Start with that main ground behind the starter and clean every connector you can reach while you're at it. :)
