Seeking feedback MG V100 S vs. Tuono V4 how do they compare

A buddy of mine has been considering the MG V100 S for commuting, 2-up riding, and light touring. After riding a Duke 890R on long trips, he realized he wants something more comfortable and touring-focused, with great handling. He recently bought a 2015 Ducati Multistrada 1200S, but it's not working for him. Now, he's back on the V100 but can't get a demo ride locally. He'd love feedback from Tuono owners who've ridden the V100, how do they compare in feel, handling, size, and character? After his previous bike experiences, he's hesitant to buy without a test ride

Any insights would be great

My friend used to have a V100 and of course I did a test ride, nothing really special, I liked it. It's a very good alternative if you have been rolling with a Tuono. If I hadn't recently just bought my Tuono then I would defo go with the V100. I'm a bit below 6ft and so I kinda feel its weight, but overall when I'm already on it and running, it then is smooth as butter.

It sounds like your buddy is looking for something that strikes a balance between comfort and performance. The MG V100 S is more touring-oriented, offering a relaxed ride with good handling, but it's not as aggressive as the Tuono. The Tuono has sharper handling and is more performance-focused, with a sportier, more exciting feel, if he's looking for comfort but still wants great handling, the V100 S might be a good fit, especially if he can't get a test ride
